Weird People
We're pretty used to seeing weird people living in a city with a popular bumper sticker that reads, "Keep Portland Weird." This week, however, we've been surprised by weirdness. We've seen an old cowboy type cutting the tag off his Goodwill cowboy hat with a tough-guy knife while walking in the parking lot, and lots of old people who were freaking Ashley out at the antique store.
But this guy takes the cake...

Ah....gotta love portland. Here we just see a man walking his dog and his goat together down the road everyday. Who walks a goat?
