One of the best parts of homeschool is getting to go on field trips. Since the weather has been so beautiful, we went off to a nature park yesterday.
It was a great afternoon to be in the park. The snakes were out sunning themselves in droves, and we saw a bunny and many birds.
Miss M was in heaven. She insisted on leading the way, and kept shushing Miss A to remind her not to scare away the animals. The one time I ended up slightly in the lead, Miss M used her arm to push me behind. I haven't seen her so happy in a while...and she is a happy kid.
